How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets directly from our website by clicking on the "Tickets" section. We offer various ticket tiers including Early Bird, Regular, and VIP packages. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the festival date, minus a 10% processing fee. After this period, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Please contact us for transfer requests.
Is camping included with the ticket?
Basic camping is included with all ticket types. However, premium camping options (glamping, eco-pods) require an additional upgrade. All camping areas have access to showers, toilets, and charging stations.
How do I get to the festival venue?
The festival is located in Kimbissa, near Sigiriya. We provide shuttle services from Colombo and major cities. Detailed travel information will be sent to all ticket holders 2 weeks before the event.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food is allowed but glass bottles and alcohol are prohibited from being brought in. We have a wide variety of food vendors offering local and international cuisine at reasonable prices.
